Return & Exchange Policy: The Slow Bears Guarantee
A trail shirt should fit right, feel comfortable across your shoulders, and give you room to breathe. If something isn’t sitting right, we’ll make it easy to fix.
What We Cover

Sizing Swaps & Fit Issues: If your shirt pinches, pulls, or isn't quite the cut you wanted, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll swap your size so you can get back to walking comfortably.

Damaged or Defective Gear: We build our shirts from tough, heavyweight cotton to take a beating. If a seam fails, fabric arrives flawed, or something slipped through inspection, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund immediately.

Wrong Order Sent: If we packed the wrong item or size into your parcel, we’ll send the right one out from the foothills right away at zero cost to you.
